The opening aroma is a touch herbal, and properly grainy; aeration time adds simple scents of marshmallow and cedar. The palate entry is creamy at first, and then turns a little hard-edged in the acidity department; at midpalate there are muted tastes of roasted hazelnuts and cereal grains. Concludes flat, very lean and acidic, but drinkable.
