Our Rye Whiskey is handcrafted using local ingredients from Wisconsin’s Driftless Region. This area is distinctive to the rest of the world due to its combination of temperature, water, and soil. Harboring the grain and water, this blend provides the perfect terroir necessary to make a matchless expression of our Rye Whiskey. Tasting Notes Distilled from 75% rye and aged in a new American Oak Barrel, our Rye Whiskey has a spicy complexity, with notes of vanilla and honey.
