PLANTATION ISLE OF FIJI ( 750 ) 750ML

This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. Aged in this tropical climate in bourbon casks, then sailed to the southwest of France for a second maturation.

Appearance: Warm Gold
Nose: The aroma is bright and forward with notes of ripe pears, varnish, and cloves that continue to open into fruit tones of banana, apple, and berry.
Flavor: The flavor profile has plenty of vanilla and menthol with a fudge note and bits of ginger root and coconut.
Finish: The finish is long and Bourbon-y with some banana.
